• Deliver a high-impact Consumer Growth roadmap across marketing, product, and data.
• Build scalable frameworks for investment allocation and product prioritisation.
• Collaborate with VP of Consumer to oversee loyalty programs and retention strategies.
• Design operational processes ensuring speed and consistency in the homeowner journey.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles in consulting or fast-paced consumer marketplace.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional workstreams that deliver measurable impact.
• Ability to derive insights from complex data and translate into clear stories for stakeholders.
• Confidence with growth economics and analytical tools in ambiguous environments.
