You'll oversee the returns process in a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of returned materials. You'll coordinate with internal departments and vendors to close RMA orders and improve returns workflows. This role offers growth potential in a 75-year-old company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and follow up on open RMA orders
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting
• Manually load/unload RMA orders from pallets
• Communicate with vendors for replacements or credit notes

📋 Requirements

• High school graduate with technical post-secondary training preferred
• Minimum 2+ years in Warehouse/Shipping
• Valid forklift certification and one year experience preferred
• Able to handle heavy lifting up to 50lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous RMA experience in Manufacturing
• ERP system experience (INFOR preferred)
• Proven track record of growth and increasing responsibility
