๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll provide front-line support and relationship management for ticketing venue partners at AXS's Theaters and Residencies Division. You'll advise on event configuration and troubleshoot technical issues across AXS products, ensuring top-notch client service and advocating for venue partners.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
  • Respond to support and services requests from clients and venues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support issues.
  • Monitor incoming support requests and assign tasks to staff.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming
  • Problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ticket Operations for a venue
  • Bachelor's degree
