๐ผ About This Role
You'll provide front-line support and relationship management for ticketing venue partners at AXS's Theaters and Residencies Division. You'll advise on event configuration and troubleshoot technical issues across AXS products, ensuring top-notch client service and advocating for venue partners.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
- Respond to support and services requests from clients and venues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support issues.
- Monitor incoming support requests and assign tasks to staff.
๐ Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming
- Problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ticket Operations for a venue
- Bachelor's degree
