💼 About This Role

You'll act as the regional People Business Partner for European markets, supporting teams across the UK, Gibraltar, Malta, and Poland. You'll coach leaders, drive people initiatives, and ensure compliance while aligning local practices with global strategy. This role offers direct exposure to a publicly traded company with strong benefits and equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary People Business Partner for EU markets and GTM UK team
• Coach and consult with leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities
• Manage employee relations matters and performance management issues
• Lead regional people initiatives such as performance management and compliance
• Develop and implement region-specific People policies and programs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive People Business Partner experience
• Demonstrated expertise in European employment and cultural nuances
• At least 2 years as a People Business Partner at a US-headquartered global company
• Experience with compliance risk management across multiple European markets
