You'll negotiate vendor contracts and provide strategic legal advice as a key member of Oscar Health's Corporate Legal team, partnering with Procurement. You'll drive contract management improvements and AI tool implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate complex health insurance agreements
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements like software licenses and MSAs
• Provide strategic advice to Procurement and business partners
• Improve vendor contracting processes and implement AI tools

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school and 10+ years relevant experience in healthcare
• Experience with complex health industry contracts
• Understanding of corporate law and contract drafting
• Experience with contract management systems
