You'll own the global community strategy for Stumble Guys, focusing on Discord and Reddit while expanding to YouTube and Twitch. You'll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive engagement and loyalty. This role offers the chance to shape player connections in a top mobile game.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale community strategy across Discord, Reddit, and new platforms
• Lead seasonal community calendar aligned with LiveOps and game beats
• Create engagement-driving initiatives like events, challenges, and UGC
• Manage external partners and agencies for consistent community voice

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in community management, social media, or related roles
• Proven experience managing Discord and Reddit communities at scale
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Twitch, and creator ecosystems
• Experience working with external partners or agencies
