💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MAC and network layer protocols for next-generation wireless systems. Your work will ensure reliable, high-performance communication across our LEO satellite infrastructure. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to integrate protocol stacks and validate performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement MAC layer protocols for throughput and latency optimization
• Develop and integrate network layer protocols for secure data routing
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless protocol stack interoperability
• Create test plans and simulation models to validate protocol performance

📋 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• Proven experience designing MAC and network layer protocols in wireless systems
• Strong understanding of wireless networking principles and protocol architecture
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for system-level software development

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive experience with 5G protocols and network architectures
• Familiarity with IoT standards and emerging wireless networking
• Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) or NFV
