Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell tower sites in the Bristol, Tennessee area. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing cooling systems, performing regular maintenance, and responding to service calls, including emergencies.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Must reside in Bristol, Tennessee area

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components of cooling systems
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergencies
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
