You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for payment platform capabilities and end-to-end payment experiences at 8am. Your core impact is deepening payment adoption and accelerating digitization for professional service firms. This senior builder role combines payments expertise with a passion for crafting user experiences that overcome real behavioral barriers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the company-wide payments product strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Lead product development across Payment Platform, Merchant Billing, Invoicing, and Payer Experiences
• Evolve the platform layer (routing, settlement, fund flow, compliance architecture)
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance, RevOps, and CX to drive adoption

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management
• 5+ years leading payments, fintech, or financial services products
• Deep understanding of payment systems (processing, settlement, compliance)
• Track record of driving digitization against entrenched barriers
