๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across U.S. and LATAM.
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience managing U.S. and Latin America hiring processes.
- Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (Greenhouse).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.

- Familiarity with talent marketing and employer branding tactics.
- Exposure to executive recruiting and working with agencies.
