  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across U.S. and LATAM.
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
  • Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
  • Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing U.S. and Latin America hiring processes.
  • Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (Greenhouse).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

  • Familiarity with talent marketing and employer branding tactics.
  • Exposure to executive recruiting and working with agencies.
