💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and build production-ready stamping dies for a West Michigan tool and die manufacturer. You'll work independently from prints and models to see dies through tryout and customer approval. This role offers hands-on work with advanced in-house capabilities like CNC machining and wire EDM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate die build from design approval through customer approval.
• Train apprentices and line up personnel for die projects.
• Work with programmers and designers to ensure quality.
• Modify prototype tooling to create production parts.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Card or 8 years of training.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
