🎯 What You'll Do

• Support supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations
• Assist in resolving supplier technical and manufacturing issues
• Identify and help qualify new suppliers for hard-to-source components
• Participate in PFMEA, risk assessments, and corrective action efforts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 1–5+ years experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or engineering
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PFMEA, process flow diagrams, or root cause analysis
• Aerospace, defense, or automotive industry experience
