You'll join Bluelight to build the marketing team from scratch covering organic social, email, SEO, and CRM. You'll own multiple channels, execute campaigns with speed, and report directly to the Growth Marketing Manager. This role stands out for its flexible remote work and opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute organic social media calendar across all platforms.
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, keyword tracking.
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling).
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research.
