💼 About This Role

You'll join The Scion Group as a Facilities Technician, responding to maintenance requests and performing preventive tasks in a student living environment. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while providing superior customer service. This role offers discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in Entrata and CMMS systems.
• Perform routine maintenance including basic appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and operating systems.

📋 Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma.
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I certification.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Experience with building automation systems.
