📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role at high-growth startup or FAANG
• Strong technical background to engage deeply with engineering challenges
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design

• Previous experience as a hands-on engineer in AI, infrastructure, or product domains
