You'll define the technology vision and architecture for Cloud9 Trader Voice, a mission-critical trading platform. Your leadership will ensure secure, resilient, low-latency voice collaboration for global financial markets. This role combines technical strategy with commercial impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap for Cloud9.
• Lead global engineering, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Drive AI-centric engineering to modernize code and automate quality.
• Ensure platform resilience, security, and regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years in technology/engineering with 10+ years in engineering management.
• Proven success as CTO, VP Engineering, or senior tech leader in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Must have trading floor systems experience and capital markets global experience.
• Experience with mission-critical, high-availability platforms and cloud technology.

• Real-time communications, voice systems, or unified communications expertise.
• Experience with acquisitions, post-merger integration, or international expansion.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in workflow automation or analytics.
