Description

You will lead a global team of Operations Program Managers to ensure successful operational launch of cutting-edge hardware products from concept through mass production. You will orchestrate cross-functional efforts, manage risks, and drive decisions impacting cost, quality, and time to market for products that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in physical operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years progressive experience in Operations Program Management or NPI in hardware manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years managing a team of at least 4 individuals.
• Proven track record launching complex hardware products to high-volume production.
• Expert proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Confluence/JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead global Operations Program Management team developing and launching new hardware products.
• Own end-to-end operational execution from concept through mass production.
• Serve as primary operations liaison across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Develop program plans, manage schedules, budgets, and mitigate risks for on-time delivery.
• Define manufacturing strategies and drive cost reduction initiatives with quality standards.
