🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer changes via Requests for Change (RFCs)
• Document Change Advisory Board meeting minutes
• Monitor change and configuration management activities
• Assist in planning release and deployment schedules

📋 Requirements

• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification
• In-depth experience in ITIL Change Management
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Experience with Release and Deployment management

• ITIL Service Transition certification
• Project management experience
• Experience with ITSM tools and training end users
