💼 About This Role

You'll join a team supporting government litigation by managing electronic discovery processes. You'll ensure compliance with legal holds and optimize eDiscovery tools. This role requires Top Secret clearance and offers a chance to impact federal cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor legal changes impacting FBI discovery policies.
• Test system upgrades or patches before release.
• Advise on ESI preservation and production for litigation.
• Update standard operating procedures for eDiscovery tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Top Secret clearance preferred.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.
• Experience with eDiscovery across all EDRM phases.
