🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full post-sales lifecycle for enterprise customers
• Lead Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders
• Deliver tailored training sessions and product demos
• Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
• Native Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts
• Strong technical aptitude with APIs, SDKs, and data integration

• Exposure to mobile marketing or analytics platforms
