You'll lead the Hosto Agent product roadmap in a fast-moving AI startup, building an autonomous conversational assistant for short-term rental hosts. Your work will directly shape agentic AI experiences trusted to manage critical day-to-day operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end.
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences.
• Lead onboarding and activation experiences to improve retention.
• Define autonomy frameworks like Autopilot, Co-pilot, Radar modes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years leading a 0-to-1 product initiative.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features in production.
• Expertise in product growth metrics and activation funnels.

• Experience with agentic UX principles.
• Daily active use of AI productivity tools like Cursor.
