Description

You will directly manage and support the avionics PCBA rework technician team and SMT line, driving daily production execution, quality assurance, and schedule adherence. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production Control, and Logistics to ensure material readiness and resolve issues, while identifying tools and floor layouts to improve build efficiency. This role is key to shaping Terran R's avionics architecture with high ownership on flight components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years production leadership in aerospace, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing
• Direct experience managing teams building/reworking PCBAs and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, ERP/MRP/MES software
