Description

You will drive sales of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in the St. Louis territory. This field sales role involves developing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and contributing to the growth of precision diagnostics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales in healthcare, calling on providers in specified territory
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to work independently in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and ethical handling of patient information

Responsibilities

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors
  • Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining existing relationships
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization
  • Manage full sales lifecycle including lead generation and attending industry events
