🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for G&A and GTM teams.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Focus on G&A and/or GTM roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record sourcing for Finance, People, Legal, Sales, Marketing, BD.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
