You'll build and scale developer community programs for a startup creating adaptive AI systems. You'll engage early adopters, researchers, and developers to shape the ecosystem. Connecting people authentically is your superpower.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish overall strategy for supporting developers and enterprises
• Build and maintain developer community spaces (Discord, forums)
• Organize and lead meetups, hackathons, office hours, and live streams
• Collaborate with developer groups, universities, and open-source communities

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years in a community-focused role engaging technical users
• Strong operations instincts building scalable processes
• Strong written communication with communities on Discord and X
• Proven experience organizing developer events end-to-end

• Experience with open-source communities
• Familiarity with AI/ML developer tools
