💼 About This Role

You'll learn the intricacies of an NFL Ticket Operations, Season Ticket Member Experience and Fan Services Department while strengthening your professional attributes. You'll work all exclusive Season Ticket Member events and Eagles games, supporting fan services and game day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience with a top NFL franchise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with incoming calls, emails, and ticket window visitors
• Manage and maintain customer and season ticket member accounts
• Learn and use the Archtics ticketing system for account updates
• Support game day operations and event preparation

📋 Requirements

• Must be able to receive academic credit
• Full time availability Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
