🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze customer and company profiles to determine account eligibility
• Review complex KYC/KYB documents across the customer lifecycle
• Draft analytical reports justifying acceptance or rejection decisions
• Provide operational support to the frontline team

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of operational experience in customer care or KYC/KYB/compliance
• Strong attention to detail with compliance mindset
• Excellent analytical writing skills for structured justifications
• Fluent in Italian and English
