You'll build and own the data foundation at Passage, designing systems that turn operational data into reliable infrastructure. You'll define canonical metrics, build dashboards used by leadership, and partner across teams to drive data-driven decisions. This is a foundational role shaping how a high-growth company operates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own the analytics layer of the data platform
• Define and maintain core metrics and analytical frameworks
• Translate business questions into structured analytical solutions
• Establish standards for data quality and metric governance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 6–10 years of experience in analytics or data engineering
• Deep expertise in SQL and large operational datasets
• Experience building data warehouses and analytical data models

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or lending
• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools
• Experience building a data platform from scratch at a startup
