Description

You will act as the vital link between our cutting-edge SaaS anti-money laundering platform and clients, helping them translate business needs into technical reality. You'll guide customers through onboarding, set up fraud detection rules, manage projects, and feed insights to product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or sciences
• 1+ years SaaS or customer facing experience
• Native or bilingual proficiency in French
• Proven technology skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Technical understanding of Rest API services and implementation

Responsibilities

• Support clients with AML scenario/rule requests including new builds, amendments, threshold changes, segmentation adjustments, and logic refinements
• Assist clients in deploying rule changes to production efficiently
• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout execution to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with Customer Success Managers
• Monitor project progress, make detailed reports on milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify roadblocks
