You'll lead ground infrastructure construction projects for Zipline's drone delivery network, driving from contractor selection through site commissioning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule and cost targets are met while building strong relationships with local jurisdictions and stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support construction projects and site infrastructure installations.
• Develop and lead improvements to construction methods and processes.
• Develop pre-construction strategies to streamline entitlements and permits.
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across trades.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
• Strong communication skills to align internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 75%+ in the Sunbelt region.

• Familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam or Procore.
