You'll manage building operations, security, and vendor contracts for a global tech company. Your work ensures a safe, efficient workplace for nearly a thousand team members. You'll own building maintenance programs and compliance with WHS legislation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Oversee security systems, access control, and incident response
• Coordinate vendors and negotiate service contracts
• Prepare facilities budget and track expenditure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities management or building operations
• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, or Engineering
• Knowledge of building systems and WHS requirements
• Experience managing contractors and service providers

• Experience with SafetyCulture software
• Project management experience for fit-outs
