📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Solid understanding of descriptive statistics and ability to interpret results.
