Description

You will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for the U.S. Army by conducting market analysis, developing capture strategies, and leading proposal development. This role directly impacts national defense by aligning cutting-edge sensing technologies with military needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years working directly with U.S. Army (industry or government preferred)
• Strong understanding of federal procurement, FAR, and capture lifecycle
• Experience writing federal proposals with multi-million-dollar awards
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for U.S. Army opportunities
• Qualify business opportunities and assess win probability
• Develop capture plans and strategic win themes
• Translate customer priorities into engineering roadmap inputs
• Lead proposal and white paper development for U.S. Army
