You'll resolve complex customer issues across email, phone, and chat for a global refurbished tech marketplace. You'll improve customer experience and KPIs while coaching outsourced agents. You'll carry the customer voice across the company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide quick, clear info on complex issues via email, phone, chat
- Coach and advise outsourced agents online and during visits
- Test new customer solutions and tools
- Carry customer voice across the company
๐ Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Care
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
