Description

You will handle inbound inquiries from worksite employees of small business customers, resolving issues related to timecards, paychecks, benefits, and HR matters via phone, email, or chat. You'll ensure a white-glove experience by providing expert-level support and managing cases in our CRM, contributing to product and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries from customers' employees via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide expert-level support on Justworks product, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR
  • Assist employees with eligibility and enrollment in benefits
  • Resolve inquiries related to paychecks, time attendance, tax withholdings, and tax documents
  • Manage open cases in CRM to resolve inquiries promptly and keep customers informed
