🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on U.S. regulatory and law enforcement expectations for crypto and financial regulations
• Coordinate with Legal Department and management on regulatory litigation and U.S. agency relationships
• Guide responses to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews
• Communicate with U.S. regulatory agencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience with litigation and contentious regulatory matters involving U.S. financial regulators (FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC)
• Knowledge of U.S. AML and sanctions compliance programs with practical experience
• Understanding of U.S. financial products including spot trading, margin trading, futures, and options in crypto
• In-house legal experience and experience with internal remediation efforts are a plus
