You'll design and build high-impact React applications for Fresha's beauty and wellness platform. You'll leverage AI tools like Claude and Copilot to accelerate feature delivery within 6-week cycles. This role combines deep technical ownership with a collaborative, office-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build efficient, reusable React code
• Ensure best performance and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions
• Contribute to architecture and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Experience with React and Redux
• Experience with modern JS toolchain: NPM, Webpack, ESLint
• Proven ability to write well-structured, maintainable code
• Experience with AI-augmented workflows (agents like Claude, Copilot)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Cordova, or native mobile development
• Full-stack experience with Ruby or Elixir
• Experience with Cypress and Jest
