🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to architecture and evolution of high-load .NET Core backend services
• Design and implement new features including AI voice and real-time processing
• Build asynchronous processing pipelines using RabbitMQ
• Optimize MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and indexes for performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years C# and .NET development with 2+ years .NET Core in production
• Strong background in distributed systems and high-load architectures
• Hands-on experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Solid expertise in MS SQL Server performance tuning and optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Service Bus or NATS
• Knowledge of observability tools and production debugging
• Fluent Russian language skills
