You'll join the Power Charlie team within pdfFiller's MyDocs unit to build AI-powered features and a document completion workflow that serves millions of users. Your core impact will be driving AI coding agents to deliver product features end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive AI coding agents to deliver product features
• Take end-to-end ownership of every feature
• Conduct code and documentation reviews
• Participate in production duty rotations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience
• Practical Golang, Node.js, or PHP experience
• Hands-on JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Solid SQL and relational database experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions
• Experience with C4 model and ADRs for technical documentation
• Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills
