Description

You will lead a multi-shift production team operating chemical-intensive manufacturing equipment for Starlink satellite components. Your focus will be on safety, operational excellence, and scaling from equipment setup to full production ramp.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/STEM or 4+ years leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Experience with chemical manufacturing processes (electroplating, etching, deposition, etc.)
• Ability to work all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage large team of supervisors, technicians, and associates on multi-shift schedule
• Ensure strong safety focus and maintain excellent safety record
• Build talent pipeline: recruit, onboard, and develop leaders and ICs
• Define and enforce operational standards with strict accountability
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics (yield, OEE, throughput)
