💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team ensuring radar technology performs at its best by managing round-the-clock service and support operations. You'll drive operational excellence through process optimization and KPI analysis. This role reports to the Head of Services and Project Management.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee 24/7 service and support operations aligning with business goals.
  • Develop and implement service processes to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Act as escalation point for complex hardware and software issues.
  • Manage customer services portal and incident management system.

📋 Requirements

  • BA/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration with technical foundation.
  • 10+ years leading and developing technical service teams and managers.
  • Deep understanding of contractual SLAs and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in configuration management and product lifecycle.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with radar systems.
  • Dutch language proficiency.
  • Experience with Confluence and CRM systems.
