You'll support end-to-end payroll processing across the US, Canada, and LATAM, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You'll work with HR, Finance, and Tech to improve payroll systems and automate workflows using macros, scripts, and AI. You'll also track KPIs and maintain strict confidentiality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Liaise with managers for timely timesheet approval.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tech to improve HRIS.
• Maintain compliance with international payroll regulations.
• Drive documentation and reporting for payroll needs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll regulations in US, Canada, or LATAM.
• Advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Experience with process improvement and automation.
