You will lead the finance department, drive financial strategy, and support M&A execution to build scalable infrastructure for growth. This role involves overseeing all financial activities, partnering with the executive team, and guiding long-range planning.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading a finance function
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and drive growth strategies
• Expertise in M&A execution and integration
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial policies
• Experience managing banking relationships and treasury

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead the Finance department
• Serve as strategic business partner to CEO and executive team
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and treasury
• Evaluate and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities
• Direct annual budget process and provide fiscal planning
