• Oversee HQ HRM team operations and strategic task coordination
• Execute company-wide HR strategies with Strategy and Planning teams
• Maintain consistent HR processes across all business locations
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for smooth policy execution
• Provide data-driven reports to senior management on HR operations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total HR experience with HRM focus
• 5+ years of people management experience leading HR teams
• Ability to solve complex problems through strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships
