You'll serve as a strategic administrative partner to the VP of Design and coordinate priorities across Industrial Design, UX, and Research teams. Your core impact is ensuring the Product Design Department operates smoothly by managing complex calendars, overseeing research ops logistics, and organizing high-stakes presentations. This role stands out for its direct exposure to executive-level design leadership at a fast-growing cloud security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary administrative partner to the VP of Design.
• Manage complex calendars and schedule design critiques and executive reviews.
• Own logistics for customer research and usability studies.
• Assist in organizing presentation decks and capturing meeting notes.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of executive assistant experience in tech.
• Mastery of Google Workspace and multi-time-zone scheduling.
• Ability to work on-site in San Mateo, CA.
• Travel 10-15% for off-site events.
