🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer technical and application configuration questions for enterprise customers.
• Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level technical issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Build knowledge articles in Coupa's knowledge base.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong technical knowledge including Linux, Unix, and other OS.
• Interest in learning scripting languages like Bash, Shell, Python, SQL.
• Experience working with external customers in a support environment.

• Understanding of web technologies such as XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML.
