You'll support timely premium collection and non-payment cancellation workflows for a growing MGA. You'll work with underwriting teams and agencies to maintain accurate receivables. This role offers exposure to multiple states and product lines in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect outstanding premium via phone and email.
• Process payments and reconcile account balances.
• Support the non-payment cancellation process.
• Work with underwriting teams and agencies on account status.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of insurance billing or collections experience.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance billing methods (agency bill, direct bill, premium finance).
• Proficiency in agency/MGA management systems (AIM, Vertafore, Applied, or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-state premium collection.
• Knowledge of premium finance agreements.
