You'll serve beverages and enhance the dining experience for seminarians and staff at Esalen, a transformative learning community in Big Sur. You'll ensure bar cleanliness, monitor guest consumption, and assist with wine and meal service as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Keep bar and storage areas clean and sanitary
• Ring banquet beverage items and collect payment
• Complete closing reports and monitor guest alcohol consumption
• Assist with wine and meal service as needed

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
• Prior Barista experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Punctuality and time keeping
