Description

You will provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric client at school, managing their seizures and hyperglycemia. Your work ensures a safe and supportive learning environment for the student.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Passion for home care and pediatric nursing
• Ability to work Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Reliable transportation to client location in Milford
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a pediatric client with seizures and hyperglycemia during school hours
• Administer medications and monitor health status
• Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure client safety
• Document care and report changes in condition
