Requirements

• 3-4+ years proven event production experience
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Client focus with attention to detail and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft/Apple apps and project software
• Valid driver's license; able to work weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project documentation including timelines and schedules
• Manage execution of programs up to $500k budget
• Coordinate vendor procurement, negotiations, and payments
• Lead client communications on smaller budgets
• Manage budget reconciliation and financial tracking
